Does the enemies have the ability like in war of the gods to have most if not all jobs mastered and use of all skills availables, like remember idk knight with jump counter bow , archers with all their charges complete, black mages with black magic mastered and summon as secondary mastered with short charge.
I saw certain items sprites in the 1.3 guidebook or feature option in the website like diferent sword sprites that in vanilla did not exist or i forgotten, well question is by applying the ppf patch into the vanilla copy iso these sprites will be automatically added? i always downloaded patches but i always ignored about this..

, hey man man/s dudes, beautyfull people. Is baltier recruitable? i see marche recruitable in 1.306*patch, aniway excelent mod so far tho i havent even got it to the second chapter i've been playing other hard modes but 1.3 is inminent in fact today i started it.

Enemy ability set scales like sorta did in war of the gods?
edit: i.e: crazy mastered shit like a samurai with dual wield teleport, mastered draw, etc.

Yes, they learn more abilities as you progress
But 1.3 is much harder than WOTG due to mechanic reasons

Well they don't really scale in WotG.
In 1.3 you will not encounter something with mastered draw out, damage split, magic attack up, and move +3 in chapter 1. Enemies certainly have more abilities in general relative to vanilla FFT, but early on you won't be blasted with something insanely powerful right off the bat. Holy doesn't pop up on priests until chapter 2
However, in the latter 50% of 1.3 the above sort of setup is common in nature as opposed to WotG where it can come randomly and often unoptimized.
