Other than the ones mentioned above, the Kureji Lufia forum looks pretty darn dead to me. There haven't been any posts in a year in the Risen Star forum either, but I don't really know where that subforum sits.
Having personally harassed both of those people to ask you, the response I got from both is that they didn't feel like bothering you. Perhaps it might be prudent to have a sticky on the main site board for incoming modders?
Well, I'll clarify a bit. The only reason I have a board here is because you offered me one when I was talking to you about my registration problems. I never would have asked on my own, partly because I never would have imagined I'd be given one (Brave New World was brand new when I first came here, and not nearly as established as I assumed most of the mods here are) and partly because I *severely* underestimated the amount of traffic that this site would drive to my mod. I imagine many of the people who come here - Sega and Emmy, for example - likely see themselves in the same shoes, and so it would probably be a good idea to have a quick FAQ stickied for people who are interested in hosting their work here and making a home out of it.
Yeah, you need a completely different one as you would be addressing a totally different issue. That's basically your "be cool, don't be a douche and you'll get along fine" sticky that everyone should (yet probably doesn't) read. This one would just be aimed at modders, so the development board would probably be the best place for it.
I think the specific thing to convey in that FAQ would be that you needn't have a finished/well-established mod in order to get a forum - just a project in the works and the interest in maintaining a board.
